Volvo diesel generator speed instability is mainly due to the fuel system failure caused by the following possible reasons:

1) The fuel oil circuit is sometimes blocked or leaking;

2) Volvo generator diesel filter has poor passability;

3) VOLVO fuel injection pump governor failure;

4) Too much or too little oil in the fuel injection pump governor.

5) The fuel supply of the fuel injection pump is too large;

6) Poor atomization or dripping oil nozzle;

7) Oil leakage in the fuel oil circuit system.

8) The amount of oil supplied to each cylinder is not uniform, and the difference in combustion explosion pressure is too large;
